Dr. Walter C.T. Yeung

Dr. Walter C.T. Yeung has many years of exper­i­ence in international and Hong Kong–Mainland trade, prin­cip­ally in retail, whole­sale and agency busi­ness. In recent years he has concen­trated on busi­ness consult­ing — brand and agency busi­ness, corpor­ate restruc­tur­ing and finan­cing, brand promo­tion and the digit­al­isa­tion of tradi­tional enter­prises — and on devel­op­ing and train­ing talent for a range of compan­ies.

With more than twenty-five years in the inform­a­tion tech­no­logy industry, Dr. Yeung has held senior posi­tions in numer­ous Hong Kong and Mainland organ­isa­tions and public bodies. He is a member of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPPCC and a Standing Committee member of the Guizhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, and formerly served on the Puning Municipal Committee of the CPPCC in Guangdong. His other appoint­ments include Vice President of the Hong Kong Economic & Trade Association, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong–Guizhou Cultural Exchange Fund, Vice President of the Hong Kong Guizhou Business Promotion Association, Founding President of the Greater China Famous Brand Enterprises Association, Founding Director and former Chairman of the Chamber of Hong Kong Computer Industry, and Executive Director of the New Territories Chiu Chow Association.
